What We Do

We build collaborative, creative and sustainable member Neighbourhood Houses by:

 

• Providing support, information, advice and professional development that strengthens their community development approach and equips them to develop and implement dynamic programs

• Encouraging member houses to support each other and improve their sustainability by facilitating networking and the exchange of information, experience, resources and ideas

• Fostering a cohesive voice and advocating on behalf of member houses to Neighbourhood Houses Victoria (NHVic) and other Neighbourhood House Networks

• Developing networks and partnerships with the broader community that benefit member Neighbourhood Houses
